Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qasim, the leader of the Dignity Revolution of the Bahraini people, in a message posted on X (formerly Twitter), emphasized the importance of honoring the rituals of the AhlulBayt (a.s.) and described it as an act of worship in the path of remembering God.

This prominent Bahraini scholar wrote: “Keeping alive the memory and name of the AhlulBayt of the Prophet (p.b.u.h.) in the path of remembering God is a divine act of worship, and the faithful and their followers, as long as they live, will never abandon this duty.”

Sheikh Isa Qasim added: “This revival, with all its manifestations—including pulpits (minbars), mourning processions, votive offerings (Nazr), tears shed over the tragedies of the AhlulBayt (a.s.), enduring slogans in their commemoration, and the dissemination of the divine knowledge and sciences of the AhlulBayt (a.s.), which serve as guidance, steadfastness, and happiness for humanity—is among the fixed and unchangeable principles of the Shiite faith.”

The leader of the Dignity Revolution of the Bahraini people further emphasized: “Any violation of these rituals constitutes a violation of the very essence of Shiism; therefore, Shiites will never remain silent in the face of such actions and consider resistance against it their duty.”
